Robert explains the characteristics of the various types of casings, highlights the differences between them, and explains which products they are intended for.
Our casings and seasonings have also been featured in other materials where they are evaluated under “real-world” conditions—specifically, during the production of meat products. The footage presented goes beyond mere theory; many of the casings and blends shown are used by ZM Żbikowscy and hundreds of other meat processing plants across Poland.
