Collagen Casings
Collagen casings are edible casings that make meat tender and flexible, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free production process.
They are intended for the production of processed products (steamed or boiled), sausages (thin sausages or frankfurters) and dried sausages. They are characterized by excellent caliber stability. Especially recommended for stuffers with high filling speed. Collagen casings ensure stable production and a natural appearance of the product.
They are sold in the form of crinkled bars, ready for use immediately after removal from the packaging. The casings are packed in cartons, secured with foil, and then packed into a collective carton.
