Cellulose Casings
Casings made from processed cellulose casings that can be supplied in the form of crinkled bars and are intended for the automated production of cylindrical sausages such as hot dogs, cooked sausages, dry salami, pepperoni and mortadella. Cellulose casings also allow smoke and water vapor to pass through.
