Casings for Hot-Dogs

Small diameter Hot Dog casings are also made of polyamide, which is characterized by significant shrinkage and a certain barrier effect. In this way, we obtain a product suitable for further distribution and storage in stores for a slightly longer period than its counterparts produced in permeable natural casings.

Small diameter hot dog production is also achieved by using all-nylon casings with pronounced thermoshrinkage and moderate barrier properties to permit further distribution of such products with a longer shelf-life than in permeable counterpart casings.
