FABIOS traditional casings are the most popular type of casings. They are durable and flexible, therefore very easy and efficient to use.
They serve as packaging for sausages, which allows to display the attractive appearance of the meats and encourage the consumer to buy them. They are also available in an easily removable option. Application: for the production of thin and thick sausages, intended for smoked, steamed and steamed-smoked products.
These type of casings give the products a natural, appetizing appearance, allow for obtaining a wonderful smoking color, are permeable to smoke and water vapor and efficient in the production process.
