We discussed the topic of packaging for the meat industry, issues related to its printing, and the work of a food technologist in implementing a new product on the market.
Also We provided MAS-pro protein preparations for laboratory exercises 🤝 The preparations were analyzed as part of the comparative characterization of the technological properties of protein preparations used in the meat industry. The exercise report and research results match our assessments.
